Opeyemi is an international development and public policy specialist. He currently serves as a Policy Adviser on Economic Affairs and Public Diplomacy to the Kingdom of Netherlands, where he oversees the Netherlands Nigeria portfolios on Trade and Circular Economy, Services, and Creative Industries.
He is a Fellow of the New Union for the Development of Green Economy (NUDGE), Netherlands, an associate of the Centre for the Study of Economies of Africa (CSEA), and he sits in an Advisory capacity on the board of Lagos Circular Business Platform.
He has over a decade’s experience working at the intersection of public, private, and social sectors leading/supporting the delivery of programmes and public policy for MSME growth, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Agriculture, Education, circular economy, youth, and women development.
